Wade Forsman's focus is on labor and employment matters, with over 70% of his practice devoted to representing individuals. He's been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2004.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, with majors in Politics and French, from Washington & Lee University in 1980. In 1990, Forsman was awarded a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
Forsman can also practice before the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eleventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
He represented management in labor and employment matters
